ANTS facilitates all its programs through one-month intensives in which students take three courses each. This arrangement suits most of our students who have difficult taking off long and extended periods of time such as one or two years to attempt graduate training.  It is therefore tailored in such a way that one incorporates ministerial formation within their professional and ministerial activities. The monthly intensives are repeated twice a year.  Seven days of class contact periods are required for each course with the actual contact period ranging from 08:00 to 12:30 (unless the facilitator arranges something else). Each course demands a 20-25paged reflection/research paper about 30-45 days after the intensives. All things being constant the program runs for two and half years.
